We can amend language to note the entire building and space have security cameras but not list 5 (there’s actually 10) plus alarms.

Parking description
There is only a street parking option. locating in Crown Heights with easy access to trains. You can enjoy the luxury of having access to most train lines like the 2,3,4,5 and or switch to any letters train at the Atlantic terminal.

- The Lessee must get event insurance through this link or other available links.
- Loud music is not allowed after 10 pm on weekdays and after midnight on Sundays to Thursdays. Please be mindful of the neighbors.
- Alcohol can be served, but NOT sold.
- Outside catering is welcome! Feel free to bring your own food and drinks! If you are looking for a catering company, we can help.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the building.
- We expect our guests to return the space in the same neat manner in which it was found.

Security cameras and recording devices
There are 5 Arlo Cameras for Gallery security located in public areas like the gallery floor, garden floor, and Lounge area. They will be disarmed during the events.

In light of the recent outbreak of the Delta variant, we want to reassure you that we will do everything we can to create a comfortable, enjoyable, and safe experience for everyone.
While protocols may change and evolve as new information becomes available, we ask all audience members, regardless of vaccination status, to do their part to create a safe environment for everyone.
All patrons over the age of 12 will be required to show either proof of COVID-19 vaccination. For ease of access, please use the NYS Excelsior Pass Wallet to upload vaccine records, prior to entering the venue. The Excelsior Pass is available free of charge for all patrons who received their test or vaccine in New York State.
Face masks that cover the nose and mouth will be required for all indoor performances, regardless of vaccination status. Masks must be worn for the duration of the performance. Patrons who refuse to keep their masks on will be asked to leave the venue without a refund. This policy is the State of New York requirements for activities held indoors
If you’re not feeling well, have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days, or have had close contact with anyone who is confirmed or suspected of having COVID-19, please stay home, please stay home!
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
